About Me

Hello! I recently graduated from CSU with a B.F.A in Art Education, with a Colorado K-12 Teaching License. I am trained in all media and methods of art making, with painting and photography being my mediums of choice. I believe in the pedagogy of Teaching Artistic Behavior (TAB), a philosophy that emphasizes process over product and recognizes the child as the artist. In a TAB classroom, students explore materials, develop skills, reflect, and revise in an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, empathy, problem solving, and creativity.
