Poudre School District policies and regulations (including but not limited to those in the District’s Student Rights & Code of Conduct booklet) also apply at Bauder and are controlling over our rules and procedures if there is any inconsistency or conflict. Although this handbook may reference certain District policies and regulations, the actual language of the referenced policies and regulations is controlling over the language in this handbook."
