Center for Family Outreach logo

The Center for Family Outreach has been in existence for 21 years. We are celebrating a long tradition of excellence in providing education, prevention, and early intervention programming for youth ages 11-18 and their families. Our goals include to: strengthen family relationships, promote positive communication, support academic success, encourage resiliency, and improve caring adult relationships. Our programming promotes positive academic, behavioral, and psychological services so that youth can succeed in order to enhance their ability to solve problems together as a family.

Our focus is to provide substance, mental, and behavioral health services for families who are experiencing turbulent teenage years. We provide techniques to build knowledge, emotional control skills, and resources to promote positive emotional and social growth.

We provide case management, individual and family therapy, educational classes, parent support, substance monitoring, support with academic success, and addictions counseling. We also provide a sliding scale for families who are struggling due to the COVID pandemic.

You can call The Center for Family Outreach at 970-495-0084 if you have any questions.
